# Why can't I claim Ads rewards?

Claims relating to rewards are connected to third-party advertising services, which vary by country and are outside the control of our team.

Here are some tips on how to make the ads work.

1. **Connection Speed**\
   Make sure you have a good internet connection, or switch to Wi-Fi.
2. **Just wait**\
   The Ads take some time to load, so sometimes you just need to wait.

Immediately you open the app, it takes some time for the Ads to load, you will have to wait patiently before you can CLAIM. Study  these pictures below.

3. **Disable Private DNS**

a. Go to more connectivity options

b. Select Private DNS

c. Select OFF

4. **Switch VPNs**\
   If you’re using a VPN, try turning it off or changing your connection country.
